KT OEM Process

The process of KT machining OEM usually includes the following steps

Confirmation Of Requirements
The customer provides KT with drawings or samples, including functional requirements, quality standards, and quantity requirements. KT will conduct a preliminary evaluation of these requirements to confirm whether KT can meet the customer needs.
Order
When KT and the customer achieve an agreement on key issues such as price, quantity, delivery date, quality standards, and payment methods, a contract will be signed to formally establish a cooperative relationship.
Production
Once the sample is confirmed, the customer will provide KT with the order quantity and delivery schedule. KT will formulate a production plan based on this information, purchase raw materials and parts, and then produce as planned. During the production process, KT strictly conducts quality management in accordance with customer requirements to ensure that the products meet specifications and quality standards.
Packaging
KT will package the product according to the customer's needs to ensure its integrity and durability, and minimize damage to the product during transportation.
After-Sales Service
If the customer finds a problem or needs technical support after receiving the product, KT will handle and solve it in a timely manner. KT provides after-sales services such as repairs, returns and exchanges to help customers solve problems.
Quotation
After confirming the requirements, KT will give a quotation based on the requirements of the customer and discuss the specific contract terms and details with the customer.

Sample Production
KT will develop products based on customer requirements and design drawings. This process includes material selection, sample production, and sample testing. The customer will evaluate and confirm the samples produced by KT to ensure that they meet the requirements.

Quality Inspection
After production is completed, KT will inspect and test the product and provide the various test reports required by the customer to ensure that it meets the standards.

Logistics
After packaging, KT will ship the product to the customer by sea or air according to the delivery time agreed in the contract.

KT ODM Process

The biggest difference between KT’s ODM and OEM process is the first step – Confirmation of requirements. In the ODM process, the customer only provides KT with finished products or sample parts of the product. KT’s engineers use 3D scanning technology to scan the product sample and draw the sample’s drawings and determine the corresponding parameters. This process is called Reverse Engineering in KT. Engineers in KT redesign based on the scanned drawings and parameters according to the actual needs of the customer, and draw a production drawing that meets the customer needs.

KT provide a wide variety of products for OEM/ODM customers
